Return Policy

At Fenis, we take care to ensure your order arrives in good condition. Because coloring books are printed products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or partially used books.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@shopfenis.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or additional instructions depending on the situation.

Items We Do Not Accept for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Partially used or colored books
  • Normal wear from use
  • Orders placed for the wrong item
  • Items damaged after delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fenis is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered and you cannot locate it, please check with your household, neighbors, building mailroom, front desk, or local delivery carrier first.

Return Shipping

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions by email.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
