Return Policy
At Fenis Senior Coloring Book, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Because our coloring books are a physical, consumable product, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. However, if your book arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility
- Must report damage or defect within 14 days of delivery.
 - Item must be unused (aside from inspecting for damage).
 
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at info@shopfenis.com with:
- Your order number
 - A brief description of the issue
 - Clear photos showing the damage or defect
 
- 
We’ll review your request and — once approved — send you a prepaid return shipping label.
 
What Happens Next
- Return Label Sent: Within 1 business day of approval
 - Replacement Shipped: Immediately upon receipt of the returned item (typically within 2 business days)
 - Confirmation: You’ll receive tracking information for both return and replacement shipments
 
What We Don’t Cover
- Lost or stolen packages (please file a claim with the carrier)
 - Wear from normal use
 - Returns due to ordering the wrong item
